With the DIRECTV DVR Scheduler mobile app on your cell phone and the DIRECTV™ iPad® App, it’s a breeze to share any TV program with your friends on Facebook or Twitter. Or see programs your friends want to share with you and set your DVR. All it takes is a couple taps.
How to share your favorite shows and movies on Facebook or Twitter:
- Tap the program you want to share.
- On the program info page, tap Share on Facebook/Twitter.
- Choose a pre-written message or write your own, then tap to post to your Facebook or Twitter account.
How to set a DVR recording from Facebook or Twitter:
- Tap the title your friend has shared with you on Facebook. (In Twitter, tap the URL.) You’ll be taken to the program info page.
- Just tap the Record button to set your DVR.
- If you don’t have the DIRECTV DVR Scheduler mobile app or the DIRECTV™ iPad® App, you’ll be taken to a Web page with a link to download the respective app.
