Get ready for the premiere of Hit & Miss, starring Chloë Sevigny and Vincent Regan. Only on DIRECTV.

June 20, 2012

We’re ecstatic about the premiere of the latest British import—and no, we’re not talking about a soccer player or a member of the royal family. What’s on our minds is Hit & Miss, a new drama series starring Chloë Sevigny as a transgender woman who’s a hired assassin. It’s a riveting tale about family, strength, survival, and individuality, brought to life by stunning camera work and poignant performances by a brilliant cast.

When Mia (Chloë Sevigny) finds out that her friend Wendy has died and made her legal guardian of her children, she goes to the farm where they live in the outskirts of Manchester. John, played by Vincent Regan, is the owner of the farm and a violent misogynist. After being involved with Wendy in the past, he has now laid eyes on her 16-year-old daughter, Reily. Tensions start to mount when Mia moves in to the house and assumes guardianship.

If Regan’s name rings a bell, it’s for a good reason. You may have seen him on the big screen recently, playing the role of Duke Hammond in Snow White and the Huntsman. He’s also known for donning armor in epic action films 300, Troy, and Clash of the Titans.

What happens when John and Mia come face to face? There’s only one way to find out. Watch the premiere of Hit & Miss on July 11 at 10 p.m. on DIRECTV’s AUDIENCE Network™.
