Monday, October 8 — How I Met Your Mother
Lily and Marshall discover that their inability to find a nanny is due to a scheme Barney created to meet women. Meanwhile, Ted and Robin argue over whose relationship is more serious. 8 p.m. on CBS.

Tuesday, October 9 — New Girl
When a new neighbors move in next door, Jess and Schmidt try to befriend the early-20-somethings. Nick also pulls pranks on Schmidt to convince him that he’s getting older. 9 p.m. on FOX.

Wednesday, October 10 — Supernatural
After rescuing Kevin’s mother from demons, Sam and Dean take her on a journey to find the tablet. 9 p.m. on The CW.

Thursday, October 11 — Big Bang Theory
Amy doesn’t like it when Sheldon hires a young female assistant. Meanwhile, life in space starts to get to Wolowitz. 8 p.m. on CBS.

Friday, October 12 — CSI: NY
Mac and Jo look for a missing girl in San Francisco after finding evidence relating to her case at a crime scene in Brooklyn. 8 p.m. on CBS.

Saturday, October 13 — Austin City Limits: Bon Iver
Bon Iver performs songs from their new album. 9 p.m. on PBS.

Sunday, October 14 — The Good Wife
When Alicia and Will represent an Internet start-up, they learn that a search engine that manipulates results may play an important part in their case. Meanwhile, a potential scandal could set Peter’s campaign on fire again if Eli doesn’t put out the smoke first. 9 p.m. on CBS.
