What does a Tuscan-American kitchen look like? Actress Debi Mazar and her Italian chef hubby, Gabriel Corcos, show you. You’ll get an intimate look into the lives of Debi, Gabriel, and their family as well as their shared passion for cooking.

In Season Three of Extra Virgin, the family ventures to Italy to visit Gabriel’s relatives. Unfortunately, they must hit the ground running, jet lag or not, because they’re cooking a big dinner for Gabriel’s friends and family. They create menus based on what’s available in their area, like apricots from their own trees and cheese from a local farm to make a delicious grilled apricot appetizer. They also make their own ice cream with harvested cherries for the perfect compote topping. Gabriel builds a fire to make pasta alla Norma, featuring grilled eggplant, and Debi makes a green radicchio salad with lemon olive oil dressing. Will Gabriel’s friends and family approve?
