So Alex (Gavin Stenhouse), a young idealistic CIA analyst specializing in Russian affairs, might find. Turns out, both of his parents and his sister are part of a once-dormant Russian sleeper cell that has just been reactivated. After the KGB assigned his mother, Russian-born Katya (Hope Davis), to recruit American businessman Mark O’Connor (Scott Cohen) as a spy, the two fell in love. They made a deal with the KGB: as long as she remained an asset for Russia, they could marry and move to America. Flash forward, as Alex’s star is on the rise at the CIA, Mother Russia has a new dangerous mission: turn their son into a spy. Russian Intelligence has re-enlisted the entire family to plot a terrorist operation that could bring America to its knees. Will they choose their country, or their family?
