Los Angeles is the largest U.S. market without its own professional football team, and yet its fans are among the most enthusiastic of any city. Being huge football fans ourselves—and fans of the city of angels—we wanted to take a closer look at this fascinating and unique story to learn how the city came to find itself without an NFL team. And with daily stories hinting at a possible return, the story’s as timely as ever.

We worked with our friends at the Los Angeles Times to create the video below for football fans everywhere, and especially those who call LA home.
