When we last saw Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) at the end of Better Call Saul Season One, he was driving away from Mike’s parking lot, seemingly taking stock of his life choices and smugly considering his next moves.
And we can’t wait to see what happens next.
The show explores Jimmy’s early days as a small-time attorney hustling to get ahead, six years before he became Saul Goodman, the slick attorney representing Breaking Bad’s Walter White in the hit AMC series. While Better Call Saul may have begun its life as an extension of that show’s world, it undoubtedly became much more by the end of Season One, fleshing out a fully realized world that stands on its own. If you’re as ready for more as we are, then the Season Two premiere can’t come soon enough.
