What’s more exciting than flipping property? Finding a great deal, using your skills to fix it up, and selling it for big profit is thrilling enough. But what about doing it in the flashiest city in America in front of rolling cameras—with the added distractions of wacky dares and goofball pranks? Do all that, and you have the makings of Season 4 of HGTV’s Brother vs. Brother.
In Brother vs. Brother, the Property Brothers (aka siblings Jonathan and Drew Scott), put their money where their hammers are, using $1,000,000 of their own cash to renovate two drab homes into jaw-dropping showpieces. Each week, the brothers and their teams square off in specialized challenges affecting specific parts of the renovation, contests like who can create the most efficient kitchen, or the most light-soaked bedroom. The loser of each week’s renovation challenge is dared to perform an embarrassing public stunt, which the brothers are known to carry out with gusto. After buying and renovating their pick of Las Vegas property, the winner is the brother who earns the most off the flip.
Season 4 is going to be epic, as Drew attempts to reclaim the title he lost to Jonathan in Season 3. However, no mater who wins, the Property Brothers donate all their on-air profits to Rebuilding Together, a national charity that provides critical home repairs to low-income families.
