Déjà Vu In The NBA Finals

June 1, 2016

As the most exciting NBA Finals since Jordan ruled the courts, this year’s competition is sure to be the new standard for years to come. Two of the league’s most exciting stars, Steph Curry and LeBron James, go head-to-head with stellar supporting casts. After a hard-fought playoff season, it comes down to last year’s finalists, The Cleveland Cavaliers vs. The Golden State Warriors.

Last year’s winners are again turning heads, as the Golden State Warriors enter the Finals with the best single-season record in NBA history (73 games won!) If they can keep it up and win four more games, they’ll claim the best season in NBA history!

Clearly a more formidable team than last year, with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love back in the lineup, the Cleveland Cavaliers became the first team to sweep the first two rounds twice, hopefully a good sign of things to come.

With both teams giving 110% this year, resulting in record-breaking and firsts, it’s clear neither is ready to give up the fight. Will history repeat itself, or will a new champion be crowned?

Stream the action live beginning June 2nd on ABC. Available on your TV, computer, or mobile device.
