With the birthplace of American Democracy as its backdrop, the Democratic National Convention will take place in Philadelphia, PA, from today, July 25th through the 28th at the Wells Fargo Arena.

A tentative schedule has been released, and it looks like First Lady Michelle Obama and Sen. Bernie Sanders will kick off the convention speaking on the theme, “United Together.”

Tuesday’s theme will be “A Lifetime of Fighting for Children and Families,” featuring keynote speaker former President Bill Clinton. Members of the group “Mothers of the Movement” are also expected to speak. They include: Gwen Carr, the mother of Eric Garner; Sybrina Fulton, Trayvon Martin’s mother and; Lezley McSpadden, the mother of Michael Brown.

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will be featured speakers on Wednesday, touching on the theme of “Working Together.” According to the DNC website, the duo will address the “high stakes in this election and how Hillary has the experience and steadiness to bring people together to tackle the big challenges and get results.”

On Thursday, Hillary Clinton will speak alongside her daughter, Chelsea, on the theme “Stronger Together.” Clinton’s address will focus on “her belief that we are stronger together and that America is at its best when we work together to solve our problems.”
